“Where are the treats, Doug?”

Hint! Hint! (Andy’s sly look failed to convince Doug that there were no treats there!)
=(^+^)=

What a mess! This was my lunch yesterday: fresh applesauce biscuits hot out of the oven and homemade broccoli-cheese soup.
The plate was overfilled, so the butter and jam slipped off the biscuits and had to be helped back up once I got to each biscuit half.
Delicious! Simple! So much for presention, though. Good taste or tastes good? I went full hog for the latter!
The Darjeeling iced tea was pretty good, too.
I think the floral-style presentation is beautiful, Doug!
A simple matter of how to load the plate up to the maximum! LOL!
Looks tasty.
It was very good, if I say so myself!
I belong to the toss it together school where whatever I have on hand, I toss on the pot. I don’t recall exactly what I pit in it.
Sometimes, that’s called ‘Dump Stew’.
Yes, my mother made such meals and called them that!
I love the first photo, sooo cute! How do you make the soup, Doug? I love broccoli!
He didn’t see you putting them out?
Nope!
Back to that.
we would eat your lunch instead the treats.. we are fans of biscuits…
Me, too!
A bigger plate may be in order
He’be OK with that!
Ahahaha, nice try, Andy!
Nothing ventured…
