31May25: monthly luncheon…

Andy was happy to see me go….
Terry helps Ted.
Donna, our perfect host!
If I ake candid photos of everyone, the least I can do is post a selfie of me, too! (I forgot my glasses at home.)
My favorite doggy!
Tootsie!
Jeryl and Ted are two classmates we see too infrequently, so it was a joy both were able to be here this time!
Susan and…
…David look the most like they did as kids.
Tootsie enjoys our attention!
Bev and Terry help set luncheons up. Bev brought a rhubarb crunch dessert. I had two helpings of that, too! It was light on the sugar, making a tart treat, just the way I most enjoy rhubarb.
Paul is a great host when he and Bev have the luncheon at their home!
Nancy’s specialty is cherry pie! Yum!
Upper left…cheery pie! (I had two pieces….)
I think Tootsie missed Dan and John, who usually sit there and play with her.
Gad, she’s soooo cute!
That’s pretty much the luncheon news.
Andy can’t believe I used a previously used photo of him to head this post and a photo like this one to end it.
“Lots of the doggy, though.”

I tried to get a nice shot of you on the ottoman, but you ran off before I could take it, Andrew.

“Our contract is for a minimum of 99.9% Andy content, Doug….”

  1. So good that you still get together. There is a group of us from our high school class of ’63 that meet once month.

    • Yes, Tootsie is very social, a very sweet dog!

It’s good to have these social moments at outlet age

  2. It’s wonderful that you all get together every month. Nothing really matches the relationships we have with people who knew us when we were children.

    • How true! Interestingly enough, we all didn’t socialize together as kids, but time pretty much eliminates barriers. I enjoy everyone in these get togethers!

    • Glad you enjoyed it. I didn’t know if it was appropriate since this is a kitty blog, buy ot was a fun day I wanted to share.
