Andy rushed ahead when he saw the mug.There was ice he could lick, but……today was a cold one.He decided not to have any ice just then.It wasn’t a day for “boops” either.He put his little head down……for a nice nap.

He hangs out by the front door since I put a walker in front of it for him to use as a roost to check out what’s happening in the neighborhood. You may have discerned why he’s not so keen lately on ice. We’ve had a couple cold, snowy days lately.
It is cool in the place today, too. There’s electricity heat that is adjusted room to room, making major weather changes a challenge to get the overall heat level right.
“And a time for every purpose under heaven.” so the song goes. “Even, ice, Greenies and nose boops”, Andy says!
It makes sense to turn down the ice if he is cold.
