If Dougy likes to stop by to be social, Andy usually stops by for another purpose. I never know until he settles down which it will be: social or kitty business.

Great! Looks like someone’s going to come for a visit!
Andy made up his mind, though…

Looks like he might be more interested in the birds…
He still might stop for a little visit, though. Maybe…! What’s it gonna be, Andy? The guy who loves and feeds you…or..”The Birds”?!

I should have guessed! Birds trump people every day!
That’s it, folks. Andy has his priorities.
Look at that at that adorable face and he looks like he is up to mischef.
Love the profile in the second photo.
Well you are there 24/7 and the birds just stop by for a visit so guests come first. 😛
Just as I suspected: They take me for granted…! Wah!
I think it is always going to be the birds who win the competition for attention but it is someting that be forgiven as long as the birds remain intact. With me it was always between my “Footsie” cat and . . . the goldfish.
I’m afraid so, John! The idea of getting an aquarium passes by me once in awhile, then I think otherwise, though I’m sure the boys would “enjoy” the fish. Ha! 😉
Andy is a clever boy. He knows that you are always there for him. But the birds can fly away! This is the real point. Everyone who can grow wings has the first priority. ;))
Ha! Ha! I never thought about it that way before. Of course, you are right, as is Andy!
(sigh) all the lovin in the world doesn’t trump a rabbit in the yard. I feel ya!
Andy says to tell his sister from another mother that he totally understands! (He and his brother see the cottontails that live around here, and they get kind of excited, too, even though the bunnies probably are tough enough to take on any smartypants kittycats!)
