Their first haircut was what I got when I asked for a lion cut. I’m glad the groomer didn’t give me exactly what I asked for. The end result was a bit grim as it was! As noted, when I paid attention to her recommendation, the kitty boys got really cute teddy bear after that.
That was after their first visit to a groomer. After that visit, she suggested a teddy bear cut, which is less extreme and is, by my way of viewing it, more attractive and cute.
That was an interesting trimming style, with ‘boots’!

Yes, The Adorables were definitely bears, rather than lions. Anyway, it looked more like “Puss in Boots,” than lion.
The look was silly!
I didn’t want to say that. My grandmother taught me to call something ‘interesting’ if I can’t come up with a compliment.
She had the right approach! I tend to blurt things out.
There is something to be said for that as well, Doug.
That’s a beautiful desk in the background
Yes, it was made by my mother’s great uncle, a Scottish cabinet maker.
I love the Roll Top Desk in the background. It’s beautiful! Glad Andy is doing well.
Marvelous videos. I especially loved the first one, bouncy beat and bouncy kitty! You really have a flair for choosing the right soundtracks.
Thanks! I had fun making them event though I worked with fairly simple tools.
Andy must have been very matted to need the shave in the last video, Doug. Buzzzz! I enjoy these videos!

I enjoyed these videos, Doug! I agree on the kitty haircut, the teddybear cut is more attractive.
Thanks, Lavinia! Yeah, that early (first) cut left the kitty boys with legs that looked like Jennifer Grey leggings.
Actually, both kitty boys were heavily matted, which was why I looked into getting them professionally groomed. (Andy hates being brushed….)
Many cats don’t like a good grooming which sucks.
Especially when they are Persians or other long haired breeds…
we love the videos!!!!!! and we love da haircuts in da furst videos… and da music of da saurus video is pretty cool!!!
Thanks! More to come.
