Andy played hard.

Now he’s ready for a nap.
=(^+^)=
I’m exhausted, too! I’ll watch a bit of news, then hit the hay.

I’m exhausted, too! I’ll watch a bit of news, then hit the hay.

Andy stopped after his nap.

Yawn!

Andy stepped over to the recliner to…

…finish his nap.
=(^+^)=
This whole scene took less than two, three minutes.

I’ve had my cuppa joe and it’s Andy’s time!

This works! Purr! Purr!

Oh yeah! The ear! The ear! Purr!

Want a chin scritch, Andrew?

Silly me. Of course, Andy wants a chin scritch.
=(^+^)=
Andy and I have our morning routine. It is a happy way to start our day.

I’m having a poor time finding the toy Andy feels like playing with.

He thinks he can find it on his own.

Coban wrap roll off with ribbon…this sad, little “toy” is a favorite and what Andy wanted to play with.
=(^+^)=
You know what Coban is, even if you don’t know what it’s called. When you get a blood sample taken, for example, they will bandage it and wrap your sample site with Coban. It’s that stretchy stuff that sticks on itself!
I get a Coban wrap over my dialysis fistula after dialysis. Regular bandages usually are sufficient to stop any bleeding after pressure’s been applied for 10-15 minutes, but the Coban is just another way of assuring no bleed out.
When I go to remove it, sometimes I can’t find the end and end up rolling it off my arm. That’s what Andy wanted to play with, a Coban wrap roll off! No wonder I stopped buying expensive toys for my kitty.

Andy is tuckered out after a vigorous toy session.

A slow “conk out”. Don’t fall over, Andy!

You gonna make it to Sleepyland, Andrew!?

He managed to hop onto the stacked carriers…

…where he had his morning nap.

Serious kitty business!

Andy spotted a fruit fly. He’s spent the past thirty minutes or so trying to deal with it.
The hunt is on!
=(^+^)=
I’m no fan of fly season yet it gives Andy lots of healthy kitty fun!

Staring for a long time at the fan….

Staring for a long time at the lampshade….
=(^_+^)=
Andy got into some good ‘nip!
=(^+^)=

I picked up my new glasses yesterday. Amazing thing, new glasses after six or seven years…I can see again. LOL!

Andy is exhausted! Since his return from grooming, he’s been busy with baths. Now it’s time to do nothing. His groomer notes he was a good boy while at her place. That always amazes me. Where’s this nice kitten at home? LOL! (Andy is a very nice kitty.)

Andy ran around the apartment, clearly intent on re-establishing that his domain was intact.

It was hard getting usable photos of my wee frenzied kitty!

Finally! He stayed still long enough for me to remove the scarf! (None of the photos with the scarf were usable.)
=(^+^)=
Andy is a pedigree Persian kitty but his father was a Birman kitty. When he is back from a haircut, that Birman heritage is more obvious. Here’s what Birmans look like:

Andy is a temptation I can’t resist.

“I’m gonna scritch you, Andy!”

Scritch! Scritch!

Andy’s confused. Is he upset or pleased – he loves getting his chin scritched, just not when he’s not expecting it.

Andy is dead serious about that! Stop it!

For now, Doug pays attention to Andy. Andy gave him a little claw after all!
=(^+^)=
Andy’s grooming appointmntt is today. I’m asking his groomer to leave Andy’s tail untouched so it can grow out to its full glory.
