I brought out a fresh peacock feather that Andy battered around, bit, clawed at, and generally gave me the idea it’d make a cute blog post.
Presentation issue – eye down, not exciting.
This got lots of thrills earlier, with the clawing, biting, and batting at around when I drew it under the lapboard.
Andy likes “prey” that’s sneaking away, under things, behind things, into things. Hey! I’m trying to stir you into more action, kitty!Well, staring from a different angle isn’t that much action.Andy’s final response to the exciting peacock feather was disappointing to me. I tried hard to elongate the time we spent playing with it.

I know everyone who’s tried to take photos of pets – or children – can appreciate this post today! Ha!

The eye-down photos are adorable. I am sure Mr Andy will have more fun with the feather when he feels like it.
And the efforts taken were well appreciated, Doug.
I hope so, Gerry!

Hear hear!
I have ended up with a lot of photos with the cat’s nose in the camera lens. 🙂 Some days they don’t make it easy to take pictures.
Been there many, many times! LOL!

Who knows what’s on his mind, that he doesn’t want to play much with the feather?
Moments before he pouncing on it, jumping into the air…yeah. being a real predator on the kill!

Good shots. We know what he can do with a peacock feather
Fortunately you have seen photos of his usual response!

Hmmm, a bit puzzling, but our kitties also make sudden changes in actions, playthings, wakefulness vs. zonked out slumber …
Regardless, His Perplexity looks cute as heck in his photos. LOL!
