But Dougy was the subject of my 2012 Christmas card and postage stamp!

And how! Dougy is a natural comedian, but Andy is a thinking cat’s comic. He’s a bit more subtle, but all the more amusing for it! I also enjoy dog humor, having had an exceptionally funny dog in my time. If I didn’t live in an apartment setting, I might be posting dog blogs instead of cat blogs. I decided cats would be better neighbors than an untrained dog. (I’m not a good dog trainer….) Cats, of course, know everything, and train us, making cat training unnecessary for the most part. (They’ll ignore you anyway. Ha!)
That was fun! And I learned about a new kitty litter. My boys used to go for Arm & Hammer, but that’s very dusty. The house was covered in it! I tried some Tidy Cat, which the boys liked (I do, too- almost no dust!). Thanks to Psycho Kitty, I know there is a light weight version of Tidy Cat that apparently works as well as the regular litter. As someone with mobility issues, that lighter weight sounds like a good deal come shopping day. I usually buy two or three containers at a time so I have it when I need a complete litter change. Two cats go through a lot of it! I am concerned about the perfumey scent, though, because Andy has some issues with allergies. I don’t know if this might trigger an allergic response.

Oh! THAT cat. (Andy and Dougy lost theirs as a Christmas present when they were six months old.)
Hope you have a good week end.
Thanks! And you, too!
Cats are definitely the best comedians: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=836dwp81oD4
