Yeah, they were adorable as kittens and they played well together!
The first time the kitty boys knocked over the wastepaper basket I was scandalized! “Kitties don’t get in the trash!” I protested. Oh yeah?!
I have to watch Andy closely because he will try to eat inappropriate things. Dougy was this way, too.
Being greeted at the door by the kitty boys was – and still is now with just Andy – a charming ritual.
Mom is chuckling ’cause just before seeing this post, she heard me nibbling on a plastic popcorn wrapper that Dad left out on the table. She, of course, took it away from me.
Thanks so-o very much for sharing that video of Andy and Dougy as kittens playing, ’cause Mom never got to see me as a kitten.
My first two cats I got after they were out of the kitten stage, and I often wished I could have enjoyed them as little guys, too.
I wish my cats would fight like that. It gets wild, here.
It was extremely rare, but the kitty boys did get into fights where I had to intervene. After the intervention, they were best buddies again.
Cute videos. They were adorable kittens.
They help remind how Andy and Dougy were together post Momma because they played well together and the person who gave me one convinced me to take the second one using that fact.
It is sure those kitties love the waste paper, Doug!! 🙂
In friendship
Michel
I don’t know if you remember the one where Andy pounces on Dougy, who’s been playing with the potted grass. Dougy, expecting Andy to come out of nowhere, actually looks in the wastepaper basket to see if that’s where his brother was hiding.
Yes I recall this ! 🙂
I have several videos I call “my favorite”, but that particular one is more favorite because it shows the kitty boys playing at their best!
doodz….we troo lee N joyed watchin all yur mooveez & give each one 984 pawz UP !!!! pleez ta tell dad thanx for sharin 🙂 ♥♥
I enjoy them, so am pleased you do, too!
Wonderful videos – Thank you so much 🙂 Even quiet Persian kitties may behave like little devils.
How wonderful too their ” welcome “for you ; amitiés 🙂
Doers your Persian get into the trash, too?
What a delightful set okitty videos! As kittens they were simply irresistible.
It made up for the hassle of giving they baths till they got over the diarrhea issue!
Did you bathe them together or one at a time?
One at a time. Even as kitten, they were a handful when it came to putting them in water!
I can only imagine, as I have never done it. Kudos to you, Doug!
I don’t recommend it. If I were very rich, I’d assign the task to the butler. LOL!
You’ll be forced to change butlers every day. LOL
I’d recommend staying for a higher pay and health benefits if it spared me giving even one more kitty! Or, maybe, I’d audition kitties and the one or two that accepted being wet would get to live the life of luxury. Of course the butler would be assigned the task of playing kitty games with the cat and bringing him or her Greenies treats on an engraved antique silver tray…. He’d resent treating a cat better than a starving human child and secretly hope the dang cat got outdoors and eaten by coyotes. But…there is that huge pay raise and the health care package…
But that will deprive you of all the fun playing with them! You have described such a vivid picture of auditioning kitties that I want to draw it.
I enjoyed seeing these videos of the boys, Doug! They are adorable! I never understood the kitty attraction to plastic bag thing, but it is a problem here, too. 🙂
I don’t understand it either. All I know is I have to be aware of the interest because the late Dougy and Andy could/can be counted on to get into it.
They are so adorable, Doug! Thanks for sharing these sweet moments with the kitty boys. 😻😻
I have the videos available, an d this is a good way for me to renew my memories of the kitty boys when they were younger.
Wonderful! Sweet memories are priceless. 😻😻
even trash can become trash-ure :O)
Apparently Andy thinks so!
