What’s up, Andrew? Want something?

Andy just sat there, being creepy.

Then he moved over to the end table, where he meowed and gave me cattitude.
I finally got the message: “Gimme catnip! NOW!

“No ‘mousies’ here!” It’s Andy’s favorite time of the day. I open cabinets for him and he examines them for “mousies”. While he does his duty, I pet and “scritch” him and tell him what a great kitty boy he is: “No ‘mousies’ here!” He eats it up!
Then Andy hops up on the dining room cat tree. There he waits for further affirmation of his role as the wonderful kitty boy that lives in this apartment. (And he is pretty wonderful!)
Of course, Andy knows he’s special!

He just likes to hear it from me.

I just woke up in the glide rocker…

…and Andy’s sleeping on the ottoman.
Really, we both have regular beds if we’d use them!

>Scritch! Scritch !<

>Boop!<

>Scritch! Scritch !<

>Boop!<

>Boop!<

That’s my kitty boy!

Andy suspects what I have needs his investigation.
It’s a book I brought out that’s on the canals of Amsterdam. Marianne, a Dutch friend, gave it to me when she visited in 2017. Lots of fun and I haven’t looked at it lately. Andy, of course, needed to investigate….
>Sniff! Sniff!<
I think the shiny plastic protective cover on the book was what caught his attention. He likes to lick plastic and will chew on it if I don’t watch out. (The book will get put up where he can’t find it after I enjoy it again!)
(Sorry for the lousy exposures – too much difference between Andy and the shiny book cover to get optimum exposures on both in one picture. Of course, he’s backlit on top of it! Such is the woe of photographing dark kitties in low light!)

Andy has it sighted!

This requires some kitty action.
Andy acts!

Rawr! Kill! Kill! Kill!
Andy enjoys being a kitty!

Andy’s fascinated by cups.

He’ll stare at them for minutes. LOL!

Andy was watching a Harold Lloyd movie with me, so I decided to take some photos of the little rascal enjoying the film. As soon as I picked up the smartphone, though, he lost interest in the film.
(Of course!)

I finally figured it out: He was fascinated now with the charger cord to my smartphone. It was still attached to the phone…

…so we played with it instead of watching the film!
=(^+^)=
A few posts ago, I noted one could see my hands taking Andy’s photo reflected in his eyes. I failed to make an edit of the photo on Paint, so set it aside till today. I’ve no idea why I failed the first time, but here’s the closeup of that reflection. It took me seconds to do it right this time. Good grief!

Andy goes hunting for mousies by the end table.

“No mousies!”
The hunt’s over.

Andy takes his important kitty duties seriously!
