Andy stopped by and got my attention off the laptop by scratching my knee. It must be urgent kitty business because he usually just pats that knee to get my attention.
“What’s wrong, Andy? Timmy’s fallen into the well again?”
=(^+^)=

Silly me! The important kitty business was Andy wanted to do his “Mousies in the Cabinet” check! Timmy’s safe, it seems, having spent endless times and hours soaking in the well!
=(^+^)=
Andy continued to be inscrutable, yet he came alive and focused the moment he heard me pop the can of albacore with the can opener! Yes, once he got some tuna water from the can, he settled down. Did he connect with me by ESP to learn tuna was in my plans for lunch? Who knows! Who knows?
=(^+^)=
Andy’s cup runneth over! Today his Royal Canin Persian Adult Dry Cat Food auto-shipment arrives. (I don’t get compensated for the mention, but Andy really, really, really digs in when I put some in his dish.)
I do think they can read our minds. Especially when I need to catch one to clean his ears.
It seems that way for the way they seek to come out of nowhere when there is a potential for something they like!
It sounds like Andy hit the jackpot today with tuna water and a fresh shipment of catfood that must pass QC inspection by Andy himself. 🙂
That he did! Andy was one happy kitty.
His perception could be beyond his physical senses. It’s good that you get food for him that he really likes.
It amazes me how excited that particular food makes him. I think part of it is that it is shaped specifically to make it easy for Perian kitties to eat.
I am like a vending machine, if pushing the button don’t work, they start shaking and pounding on me 😽
Yes! That is a great analogy!
Andy gets royal food because he is royalty! ❤️😊
He has a very attentive Doug
That he is!
Lots of tasty treats for Andy, sounds like it’s good times there! Very strange, the way cats often appear to know things we weren’t expecting them to know!
He was a happy kitty that day! Yes, thy are lurking in the shadows or something like that to account for how fast they pick up on matters of important to them!
