I kept telling Andy to follow where my finger was pointing.

The wasp, Andy! The wasp!

Silly boy. He kept looking in the opposite direction until he got tired of looking.

Andy always has time for a snack, even if it isn’t a wasp this time.
=(^+^)=

We saw it fly over this way…

…so Andy followed it till it fly down to my feet! Then it disappeared somehow. Ugh! I hope I didn’t scare it somewhere my feet end up!

Andy and I hope we see that dang wasp before it sees us!
=(^+^)=

“Don’t be sad, Andy. We will get that nasty bug one day!”
If Mr Andy catches it, will he eat it? Just wandering.
Those wasps seems to be able to find ways into the house one could ever imagine!
Never welcome, eh? I finally got it out, thanks to Andy bringing it to Mt attention. Good kitty!
I love the action shot with his arm sticking out!
Yeah, that one is fun!
Yikes! I hope you guys get the wasp first, Doug. Andy knows better, he doesn’t want to be stung either. Give it the crunch!
It took a couple days, but it finally got put out! Whew!
Success!
I hope it doesn’t sting you or Andy, Doug. I wonder how it got in the house, and why.
Andy’s torn the screens enough that they get in that way, I believe. I finally got it out of the apartment two days after this post.
Good job, getting it out.
Good luck
Thanks! These bugs can sting over and over and are especially aggressive.
Yes – they don’t have the decency of bees to leave their stings behind
Worse yet, they can sting over and over because of that. Ugh!
Are they the African ones, Doug?
No, the wasps are native and nasty mean if you approach their nests.
As long as you and Andy are alright, and unstung! I’m happy. Cheers.
Ugh! I hope you catch the wasp before it causes harm! I once had one buzz back and forth all day long, then suddenly disappeared at night. I thought perhaps it finally found a way out of the house; then as I was getting ready for bed, I noticed something with yellow spots lying on the bedcovers. It was the wasp, which apparently knocked itself out flying into the window above my bed. It looked dead, but I took no chances: I quickly swept it into a box and threw it outside into the garden. But I was very glad to have seen it before I crawled into bed!
O have no idea where it is now, but hope it isn’t near me! You know how aggressive this wasp is.
