It’s been an exhausting day for me, after an exhausting few weeks. I realized I didn’t have anything ready for this post but the one photo (above). That has to be it for this day. I hope a bit of rest will help pump up my energy to give you more typical daily posts.

I’m in the same boar with the blogs. But, like you, Doug, I love doing them. And seeing Andy ad you cope as you do, I think you should bothe get a medal!
It’s a struggle, Doug. But I do love doing them. More trouble with the photos today, Humph!
Cheers, a scritch from me for Andy would be appreciated, Sir.
Rest up, Doug and Andy. I know well the exhaustion from having to push through things needing doing. Sending much from all of us here. You and Andy are in our thoughts and prayers.
I had two long sleeps since doing this blog, and that helped get me back on track
It cost me one follow, but, at this point, I do this for those few hard-core follows who stick around regardless. Once Andy dies, I probably will end this blog anyway. Sad to put it that way, but I’m not that interesting to fill a blog with my routine.
Strenuous and stressful, indeed! I’ve only been able to watch tiny pieces of the news the past two days, having given up on following that fellow’s illegal and anti-constitutional, anti-democratic trashing of America and it’s relationship with the world. Even then, I’ve had to watch it on BBC, c-span, and a few other international sites like Der Spiegel and Detsche Welle, and a few national news sites I can trust. It’s a tedious way to catch up, but it is hard to break the habit of keeping up with the world.
Mr Andy also looks like he could use some rest. Give yourselves a break, guys, and come back to us refreshed.
Hope you feel better soon
Twodays later, I had a couple good nights of uninterrupted sleep
It made a big difference!

We’ll be here when you’re ready to return.
I lost one person since I posted this, down six people from a high of 2596 signed on. Fair weather friends, I guess.

Take care of yourself (and Andy.) We’ll be here when you are rested up.
I got a good rest last night and the night before. Cost me one follower, but so it goes. It makes those of you who hang on all the dearer, eh?!

Made few blunders on my comment, Doug. Sorry, so tired.
The new Carer has just seen Andy. I told him about your Angel.
Cheers!
I appreciate you sticking around, Gerry!

Thanks mate.

It amazes me how in depth yours are, given what you go through to do them!

Understood, Doug. Please do stay in touch though. Hopefully Andy has many more years with you.
Rest is necessary at times, Doug. I hope it does you some good.
I had two eight hour sleeps since writing this post, and it definitely helped my mood and state of rest!

That’s an adorable picture of Andy! The kitties and I hope you can get some good rest and feel refreshed.
I got the rest over two nights, and it definitely helped!

Wishing you a good recuperation period. Quite apart from the news it has been a strenuous few weeks for you
