11Apr25: quiet time…

Andy stopped by.
“You want ‘scritching’?”
Silly question!
Eventually, we were done.
He was pleased to have stopped by, I’m guessing.

=(^+^)=

Yesterday began at 4:59 am. I overslept and was late to dialysis. On a positive note, I got eight hours of much needed sleep! I brushed my teeth, dressed, and made it to the dialysis unit about 15 after 5. Dialysis went without complications.

  1. Glad to hear all is well, Doug. WP did not send me notification of this post! Yes, sleep is such an important thing to health, most of us don’t get enough of it.

I especially loved that first photo of Andy. He looks very intent! He probably wanted to be sure you were alright.

    • I have no idea why things do or don’t happen with this stinking app! I pay $300 a year to use it, because photos use to so much space, so I expect nothing less than perfection.

Andy gets those looks. It’s like he is on hold till he can get my full attention.

    • Andy greets me when I return since it’s his dinner time, too!

Yea, ghost is early, but the other dialysis time starts at 1:00 pm. I’d rather have my morning tied up than my afternoon, so I am comfortable getting up really early.

      • Yeah, there actually are some red decent store pizzas these days, unlike the cardboard with tomato sauce and canned cheese of the 1950s.

    • Yeah, when I get off dialysis, I’m usually too tired to fix a meal, so stop by a local sub shop or a Mexican fast food shop. The food places to eat don’t open till 11 around here because no one can be found to take those goid jobs” usually held by teenagers or immigrants.
