Andy spots me and meows.I know he wants……lunch because it’s that time AND he stops in front of the refrigerator.Yum.I called his name and he comes running.Curiously, when I put the plate down, he doesn’t eat. He may be hungry but he won’t eat if I’m watching!Take my word for it: Andy ate between this photo and the last. Now, he’s looking for a ‘nip leaf I just tossed there.Good ‘nip! Yes, he didn’t want me to photograph that, either. As soon as I got close enough for photos, he scampered away, only to come back to enjoy the ‘nip when I wasn’t watching.Time to clean……before his nap.

Some cats don’t like to eat if they are being watched. 🙂 Andy does recognize the refrigerator as the source of all good food, though!
That’s the good thing since I know what he wants when he faces the refrigerator door!

I can’t imagine why he doesn’t want you take pictures of him, Doug. Your actions are good for him.
He remembers that gizmo that flashed a bright light at him when I aimed it at him! I rarely use flash now, but he remembers.
