Andy hopped up on the ottoman just as I began eating lunch.

He did his kitty bath while I re-evaluated what I needed to do after lunch.

Yeah, Andy! It’s ” medicate the kitty” time next. I hoped you’d be in the north bathroom, my best bet for corraling you!

Lunch done, I headed for the north bathroom. Andy finished his kitty bath several minutes earlier, and I was reasonably sure he’d headed there.

That was simple: Andy was hiding in plain view by the toilet. I captured him without a whimper and gave him his medicines! He even purred, then headed out to feel safe in the shower!

I felt like a nice cuppa first harvest Darjeeling tea. Andy followed me a bit later, this being his pattern anytime I do anything in the kitchen.

While I waited for the water to boil, I filled the tea ball with the loose Darjeeling tea leaves. Andy waited patiently till I opened the cabinets one by one so he could do his mousie search. (No mousies! Never have been.)

=(^+^)=
Still a very good kitty! Andy behaved perfectly during medication time, the fourth day in a row!
I am glad for both of you Andy is accepting the new medication routine. Much easier on you, for sure, Doug!
He still pulls surprises from time to time! Once I capture him and wrap him in the towel, though, he is very mild.
What is the medicine?
PCB’s now on bi-weekly arthritis shots.
Ones for high blood pressure and the other is for hyperthyrpidism.
New routine accepted
Believe when I say how relieved I am for that!
Wow, lots of smooth sailing these days! Yet another mug I really love, 😎 cool!
It’s a favorite and the last of that design. Louie always “anchored” on something nearby when he stretched out on the floor. He was named after Louis “Satchmo” Armstrong, another “Cool Cat!” LOL!
its amazing what they can do with their paws… they really need no thumbs…
I know what you mean! Amazing!
