Andy is still dealing with high blood pressure. He has gone on a slightly higher dosage of his medicine. He’ll get another check-up in a few weeks to see how that goes.

Ageing comes with higher blood pressure, but I am wondering if overloading on Greenies might have to do with it. Barrmalei lost some weight when he started overloading, so I had to limit the Greenie intake. We are due for a vet visit in May.
Best of luck to Andy, he’s handled things well lately. So have you, Doug!
I think he needs a reduction in the dosage. It’s a topic for his vet to consider.
I pray they get it right for him, Doug.
I hope the higher dose of blood pressure medicine does the trick for Andy, Doug. Good luck!
I looked up side effects. I think it may need adjusting as he seemed a bit lethargic and had a touch of diarrhea.
It sometimes takes a bit to get things adjusted, and then as they age that factors in, too. Wishing you and Andy a peaceful, pleasant day.
I have never uttered that question to my cats. That’s probably for the best.
Yeah, I agree!
Sending purrayeers that Andy’s new med works well. Our huMom had several tries before a combination worked for her.
Getting the dosage that works takes some trial and error, too.
Sure hope the new med dose helps Andy’s BP, Doug!
Me, too.
Poor Andy. I hope his new meds help control it.
I hope so, too.
I never had a cat with high blood pressure. Hope it settles down soon.
Me, too. It Isa curious problem for a pampered pet.
You might want to figure out why it’s embarrassing to him, Doug, and make adjustments.
It takes time.
I hope all goes well
Thanks! Me, too.

I do hope his BP settles down…..chuq
Me, too, chuq. It’s been a tenacious issue.
