Dougy was underwhelmed by my scritching yesterday. He wanted more attention, and all I did was exploit him for a cute kitty video. He as much as told me so. Today.

Dougy stopped by my computer today, and placed himself right in the way. Of course!
“What’s up, my kitty?!” I asked.

Dougy wanted some scritching. Or that was the impression he gave me.
OK, I thought. I did cut him a bit short yesterday. I mean, I needed something to post on my blog, and a video seemed the ticket.
Of course, scritching and video making are mutually exclusive activities after a certain point, and we reached that point wa-a-a-y too fast for Douglas James Thomas, the cat!

>scritch~scritch~scritch!<
Oh, I gave Dougy a good scritching, but something wasn’t just right about it. I felt resistance, resistance to pleasure! What!?

“What’s wrong, Dougy? I’m prepared to scritch you as long as you want.”
Dougy crawled under the shelf. Things weren’t going quite as expected.

“See! You are making photos of me today. I expect 100% attention!”
I guess Dougy told me!
>THE END<
Awww Dougy you beautiful boy. What a beautiful face you have adorable boy.
Dougy told me to tell you >mrow!< which I believe is "Thanks!" in Catinese.
