Waiting in his carrier…

…where I tried to let him know all was well.

It looked promising when Holly picked him up!

As soon as Holly “scritched” that one spot that makes a kitty elevate his butt for more, I felt really good about where the morning was going!

Well, “good” till she left the room, then Andy did what he’s never done before – he hopped off the examination table…

…looking for an escape route or hidey hole.

Yes, he hid under the bench.
[Part 2 tomorrow.]
Since she left, he must have decided to pack up and go home.
LOL! He spitted a weak link in security and made a dash for freedom!
Smart kitty!
He figured that he had his pets so he was ready to go. 🙂
Yep! Makes kitty sense!
He is looking for a way out! 🙂
…and two closed doors assured he had to settle for a poor hidey hole!
He likes her, but when she left, he decided to play hide-and-seek.
He surprised me!
Doug Thomas
Smart kitty, eh!?
My kitties never fail to find the little round hole to the traah can.
I hope all went well!
LOL! We constantly underestimate our little darlings!
I hope Andy is feeling OK.
He is. These tests are finding treatable conditions.
I hope it goes as well for my Benji at his appointment tomorrow!
I hope so, too. Not being able to ask them questions, getting professional revaluation of their health is helpful and anxiety-relieving!
I long time ago, my vet’s office had radiators. My Hazel always climbed under them if we didn’t watch. She installed covers so nothing (except maybe dust balls) can get under them. Guess Hazel wasn’t the only one.
LOL! Yes, the examination rooms are very starkly decorated, leaving minimal getaway places for the little darlings!
She is good for him, too. I hope this is confirmed tomorrow
Andy got good reports on his progress.
I tell the results in Part 3! (Andy got a good report, and showed improvement from the first visit.)
Oh my goodness, that face glaring through the mesh!
He had been in there over 40 minutes by then….
A skilled vet tech indeed! Even so Andy looks very focused about trying to find a way to evade her …
He fell into her arms instantly….
…but didn’t give her a kitty kiss. Awwww!
Yes, she seems a nice vet and doing great… Andy seems was good at there. I hope and wish there is nothing serious dear Doug, beautiful photographs you did. Thank you, Love, nia
Andy got good reports on his conditions, with improvement from the first visit.
I am so glad to hear this, you are both are great. Thank you for you both, much Love and Hugs, nia
Thanks, nia! I hope your trip to the doctor goes as well as Andy’s.
you have such a super vet tech….
His regular veterinarian, Dr. Ylander, is excellent, too! He was out of town the day Andy had his initial appointment, so we got to find out that the newest veterinarian at the clinic is super, too! I’d trust Andy’s care with either one.
