I managed to show up a week early for a medical appointment on Tuesday. That’s what happens when appointments have to be scheduled on dialysis days, in the afternoon. That’s why I never schedule anything on dialysis days, especially in the afternoon, but it turns out the echogram person only comes to town on my dialysis day.
I was able to reschedule it for the 4th of February at 10:15. Not totally ideal, but closer to when I get out of dialysis, I should be able to get there on time, on the right date!

(I want to note that the rescheduled appointment happened because Gary, the sign-in guy, thoughtfully put me in contact with the radiology people while I was still fussing and flustered at his window. I appreciate what Gary did since he could have just told me I was there on the wrong day and left it me to fugure out what to do next. If you know Gary, thank him for the job he does. He is Employee if the Month as far as I’m concerned!)

Looks like Andy’s spending the day here.
Cats sure love their boxes! I am glad Gary was able to accommodate you and take care of things. He sounds like a very helpful individual.
Yes, I truly appreciate what Gary did for me. Andy always was a box kitty, as was Dougyy, his late brother. I have enlarged photos of both hanging in the frontroon. Both are in boxes!
Andy sure looks comfortable in the box.
It is cozy!
Adore Andy peeking out of the fabulously attractive box! ♥
He immediately acquired it after I opened it and removed the contents.
Haha! Staking his claim!
Well, I can’t fit in the box – not flexible enough.
We share that trait, Doug. Hahaha!
Me, too. Clean is good!
👌🏼
He likes them all sizes!
Cats and boxes? Did you think Mt Andy would not appropriate it?
Not surprised at all!
Aww, that last one with his little arm sticking out!
Cute, eh?
You aren’t alone, Doug, I’ve showed up for appointments on the wrong day too.
Me too! Hehe!
It’s embarrassing! 😂
I collect embarrassing moments daily. Haha!
I do have those days too, some days ya just have to laugh at yourself. 🤙🏻😂😎
I do, I do, I do! Hahaha! Cheers!
😂 Have a great weekend.
Cheers, Sir. 👌
Greetings to you in Nottingham!
Merci Sir.
Still cold your end, Doug!
It is, though it is unseasonally warm for the time of year.
That’ll be a nice change, Doug!
Yes!
Yes, the box is a fine one. Andy made double use if it after I emptied it, and he could slip inside!
Thanks! You, too, John!
It’s a good one!
Tracking three appointments at once and have the times or dates changed at least two times on two of them has been a complication I didn’t need.
I would be irritated! 😠
Believe it…he was!
It’s funny how much cats love boxes.
Indeed! I guess life is great if a boy makes your day!
I’m with Andy. I would love to spend the rest of January in a box oblivious to the world.
Oh yeah!
Ha! Kitties and boxes! That was indeed good of Gary to help you out like that! I sure wish all medical office personnel were that helpful!
I agree on that. That’s why I have new appreciation for Gary. Most times, you get put on hold or told they aren’t who you need to deal with on a problem, but Gary took my problem directly to the right person without hesitation.
Andy is like a child; Gary is a treasure
Right on both counts!
The anonymous comment was me. I’m still trying to figure out how to Like and Comment on this blog.
I have the same problem answering them. One place shows the replies in context and another separated from the reader’s comment, making it harder to keep track of which ones are inserted. JetPack I’d quirkier than WordPress. Anyway, your other comment came through with your name and link. If you ever have doubts if you are posting anonymously, just add your name at the end of your comment. I’ve done that in past.
Andy looks so cute in his box. I especially like the last picture with his head and paw sticking out.
That’s a favorite of mine, too! It may well end up on coffee mugs or my business card.
we love boxes too… it makes a fab man cave :O)
I can see that!
