The Rapid City trip left me very tired, more than I realized. After dialysis yesterday, I had a light lunch, then fell asleep watching “Antiques Road Trip.”
When I woke up midway through a second episode I slept through, I gave up and went to bed to have a nap. Ten or so hours later… I woke up!
I agree, a much needed rest, Doug. Your sleep is as important as Andy’s!
It’s surprisingly hard to get with all one’s obligations.
That is quite true! 🙂
I have to stick to my plan not to be made to commit to more appointments in June and early July!
Much-needed rest. Andy would likely agree!
He napped, no doubt, when I did!

That’s your body telling you something. Lol And SpongeBob seems very happy to be part of the family and gets along with the cats…passed and present.
That goofy personality tends to make SpongeBob come across as that idiot quality cats like in people because it’s how they think we all are. Ha!
Yeah, I’ve learned to listen to my body better as I get older.

I invariably ask Jackie “Who won?” when watching “Antiques Road Trip”.
My current favorite is Anita Manning. Like my Scottish maternal grandmother, who had a Glaswegian accent, there is some of the same sweet rascal in her that reminds me of her. I like Jonathan Pratt, too, for his sort of “I can’t believe this us happening” sort of nice guy quality about him. Yes, I do the same thing when watching it! I guess one could keep track of prices paid, winning bids, and fees (if one knew percentages charged), but, in the end, all winning does to needy children, eh?
