Dougy resting at my foot…

The wand toy moved to a new spot since I saw it last…

Andy resting on top of his favorite blue carrier perch!
No pussyfooting around, things are back to normal and the boys played their little cat game with the obscure rules that ends in a chase they both enjoy. Now, it’s time for a little mid-day cat nap!
Love the sun shining shining on the blue carrier that Andy is laying top of.
Makes a nice spot to sleep, per Andy! (Also, I like the effect for photos, too!)
That’s right, they keep us awake when they are playing, but when they snooze, we have to be quiet. Life is so not fair. 🙂 😀
Poor kitties! They work soooo hard! 😉
It looks like they are all tuckered out. Do you ever tickle between their toes when they are sleeping?
That’s terrible! (I’ll have to try it next chance I get! Mwahahahaha!)
The trick is to not to let them catch you doing it. Usually holding a book and pretending you are reading when they look at you.
Yeah, that works for many sneaky things…like giving the cat his daily dose of medicine! (He’s actually pretty good about it once you catch him, though he always meows a sad little meow moments before he gets the medicine.)
I enjoy my catnaps when it is possible… I know as soon as I lie on the bed my big boy Freddie (affectionately known as Elephant Cat) will come out of nowhere, jump on top of me, shaking the whole bed and curl up at my side… he has some kind of sixth nap-time sense!
Ha! Ha! Mine stop by for a quick look mostly. (“Is he moving? Is he dead? Will I get fed today?) Sometimes Dougy will stop by for a snuggle, which is nice, but Andy hops up, looks quickly, they hops down again.
Freddie sounds like FunTom, my big male, while my little one only comes up and purrs when she wants to be fed.
Sounds familiar!
We KATS have very important schedules to maintain! 😸
And how! I’ve learned I need to adjust mine to theirs or things can’t happen! Before I had Andy and Dougy(and to a smaller extent, the late Louie, who was much less demanding or spoiled…!), I had little discipline in my life. Now I better toe the line or my drill cats make me drop for 20 push-ups!
MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
MOL!😸 If only the Marines trained as well as we KATS do!!
That’s a scary thought…!
Hehehe! *(snickers)*
