Well you’re supposed to eat black- eyed peas and greens on New Year’s Day for good luck … So I’m not surprised that Andy decided to pass on the peas and go for the green(ies)!
That’s a new tradition to me, but it answers a question I had after a friend posted a photo on Facebook of this particular food.
