Catching up again Doug. We had another power outage, a longer one, and an Internet outage which did not resolve until yesterday morning.
That is a sweet litlle Andy and a beautiful Saki. Glad to hear she is settling in.
Yes, Saki has been a great kitty for my sister!
That power outage business is tedious. My heat ids electrical, so I really notice outages!
Our heat is electric, too.
Ugh! You must have been really miserable then. I hope you wrapped yourselves in blankets, clothes, whatever it took to conserve body heat when the power went out!
A move can be a big change. Both cats look nice.
Yes, especially when the cat has to spend days in and out of a carrier!
The kitties thank you!
When I last moved it was rough on the cats. I’m glad she’s adjusting
Me, too!
That first picture looks like Andy is a kitten! I’m glad Saki is adjusting.
It amazes me how he does have a kittenish look from certain angles. He is, in fact, 12 years old.
In the first photo, Mr Andy looks like a plush toy. Both close-ups are terrific, especially the one where he is sticking his tongue out. Adorable!
Saki is cute, too.
Those tingue shots are the hardest to get without a blur!
That teddy bear cut promotes that image I think. H does have a plush toy look in the photo! Tongue out photos are cute and difficult to catch.
Saki is a cutie- and Andy is too. 🙂
I agree, of course! Thanks!
I love the second photo, so cute! When I moved from Michigan to Nevada, we (i was married at the time) had two cats with us. Both cats were really stressed out and needed medication to calm them. Such a bummer, I felt so bad for them.
That is typical. Cats hate change and long travel is stressful in most cases.
I don’t like change these days either, Doug! 🤙🏻😂
I’m not good with it as a rule.
It’s an age related thing.
Possibly. I don’t recall ever being good with change.
I was fine until maybe five years ago.
Cats do get upset in a move, but a few days, and they’ve adapted.
Yes, change is hard for them.
helloooooo! and hello saki ;O)
Hello to the beautiful pups!
Adorable pictures of Andy breezing by! That’s a nice picture of Saki, too!
Thanks!
I didn’t realise that cats could be upset in that way.
They hate change as a rule.
