I see Andy’s set to play the game! He’s waiting by the front door.

“Andy..!” I call Andy’s name and open the cabinet door. He should come running…

I guess he’s more in the mood for a nap. Rats!

Andy chases floppy carrot around the front room, then it hides behind the ottoman. Andy follows there. Floppy carrot can’t hide from this clever feline!

Andy was upset with me when I pet him this morning.

“You forgot to check your posts. You didn’t have one prepared for this morning.”

I’m not sure, but I swear I saw a kitty tear. I hate to disappoint my kitteh!

The laughs on me! I didn’t have a blog for 18 September in the “Scheduled” file because the one I had prepared posted automatically at three minutes after midnight. Oh well, you get two doses of Andy for today. Tomorrow may be sparse in comparison.

It’s well-known Andy likes his chin “skritched”.

Similarly, Doug thinks it’s a real treat when Andy puts a friendly paw on his hand.

After the human stinks up his fur with human stink, Andy needs a bath.

But the human love, love, loves rubbing Andy’s head!

Andy’s had enough for the moment.

When Andy hops up on the cat tree by the north bedroom, I know he’s invited me to give him a vigorous “scritching”.

He anticipates a good time!

Yeah! He tosses back his head and ears, purring in ecstasy over the attention and just how good the “scritching” feels.

When Andy’s ready to move on, he turns from facing north to facing south. Enough of this treat!

A quick clean-up, then…

…a snooze, of course!

Andy has a choice to make. Will it be the peacock feather or the floppy carrot?
