The weather report for this week predicts rain showers toward the end of the week. It could just as easily be snow showers since the average last killing frost typically happens on the 15th.

Absolutely! Snow in May generally doesn’t last, but it usually is just enough cold to spoil apple blossom time and the year’s lilac flowers.
