I did not know this ” You never know when an albacore might pass by.” The albacore is a kind of Tuna , a fish . This looks like a saying such “you never know where the wind will come from ” ?? You teach me, Doug .
The attentive look of Andy is very visible

Hard to predict how they will respond. Dougy may “get it” in time, but Andy is my little intellectual kitty. You don’t have to draw him any dang picture…!
How true! How the react to their world makes them worthy subjects for observation. I find it interesting that some of the more common animals oftentimes end up being the least studied.

Andy is very interested in those fish! I bet the boys like bird videos too. 🙂
They do! I think they prefer birds simply because they know what birds are, but fish definitely get attention.

You give me more credit than I deserve, Michel! That could work as an expression meaning what you suggest, however!

Benji is interested in nature and animal videos too. Ms. Zulu not so much.

There is some interesting new research going on dog behavior. Lots of behavioral theory is going out the door. For an overview, see http://www.patriciamcconnell.com/theotherendoftheleash/whos-doing-research-on-canine-cognition
Wow! Quite a lot more than I realized!
Glad he enjoyed it 🙂
Me, too. Andy is difficult to amuse since he is such a serious little guy. Dougy was born to play, on the other hand.

There was some discussion here about that….
