Andy (on right) gets kitty treats for being a good boy when I give him his medicine. Of course, he always is a good boy!
Dougy always gets kitty treats, too, because he figured it out. He is Mr. Meowy MacSlick!

He feels he deserves treats for being Andy’s brofur. Tee hee hee.
Dougy deserves treats because… Hmm. I’m having some difficulty coming up with a reason. Perhaps it is like Sir Edmund Hillary’s explanation for climbing Mt. Everest, “Because it’s/he’s there!”
Dougy is intelligent : to be there for the treats and not for the meds!!! 🙂
Lucky Dougy is the only one in the house who doesn’t have to take medicine! Yes, he hears the treats rattling in the container, and comes running with his brother.
I forgot to say thanks for following my photo site Doug. 👍🏻😎😺
You’re welcome!
Good to see the boys, Doug! I’ll catch up with some of these older posts soon. Stopping by to wish you a pleasant Memorial Day, and to thank you for your service days in the Army.
They are clever. Shoko figured out when Kali got medicine the treats came out so Shoko would show up for treats.
That’s Dougy’s game, too!
Aw, I am sure Dougy is just encouraging Andy to get his shots. 🙂
It’s a plastic syringe. Thank goodness it isn’t a syringe with a needle like you have for injections! All I have to do is squirt the medicine into his mouth, a trick I usually do without hassles.
Oh, good! Thank goodness for small favors, as my aunt used to say.
Both Andy and I feel that way!
Doug, we’re always talking about the boys, but on this day, let just me say Thank You to YOU, Thank you for your service.
Thank you, GP. I personally think of my three years in the US Army as a vacation of sorts. The people who deserve thanks are those who served in a war zone and survived, whether whole or suffering wounds of any sort.
You still gave time out of your life.
True, but it was highly beneficial.
that makes two happy kittie boys… mission completed. Have a good memorial day…
Thanks, you too!
